How to Report a Claim

Reporting a claim after normal business hours and on weekends:

If you have an emergency claim that needs immediate attention such as a serious water damage loss, fire loss, car accident, or other significant loss, please call our office and press 2 to be transferred to Scott's cell phone. Or email us:

You will need to provide the following information when reporting a claim:

  • Full Name

  • Policy Number (if you have it available)

  • Phone Number where you can be reached

  • Brief Description of Claim

  • The Date it Happened

  • Police Report Number (if available)

Tips to help you receive the best service:

  • Maintain all receipts or bills

  • Protect your property or vehicle from further damage
